London / Paris / Abidjan

Iman A. Dagnoko is an Ivorian–Moroccan artist, designer and researcher with a French upbringing.

Her practice investigates how things are made, what they carry, and what they might become. Working across architecture, objects, photography and film, she draws on existing structures, material knowledge and everyday cultural practices to explore new forms of making and inhabiting.

Situated between West, North Africa and Europe, her work considers how places and objects can be reinterpreted without severing them from the histories and relationships that give them meaning.
